Hummingbird Community Outreach (HCO) was founded in April 2023 and has rapidly expanded to areas across Greater Houston, including Pearland, Sugar Land, Katy, and Houston. The headquarters, currently located in Southwest Houston, played a crucial role by sharing their experience, providing funding support, and helping these new locations quickly establish their own HCO activities. This expansion underscores HCO’s commitment to outreach and community engagement. Across its locations, HCO has been actively delivering a variety of youth-led programs focused on special needs service, advocacy, and health equity.
